Move to a Tiny Home!

Tiny homes are not just structures; we believe they are the embodiment of a lifestyle. Having a small house means living smart: being aware of the potential within every nook and cranny. At Stafford Structural Concepts and Design, we specialize in the conceptualization and construction of tiny houses. We strive to make the most out of every square inch while adding to the structure’s aesthetic value.

Tiny Home Amenities

The first all-wood tiny home shown, (Now THIS is Livin' as seen on is a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath home that is about 400sqft, 31' long, 8' 6" wide, and 13' 8" tall. The interior and exterior of this beautiful tiny home is all clear cedar. The master bedroom has a queen and the other two bedrooms have extra long twin beds. Electric fireplace (heats up to 500sqft), regular flush toilets, full size appliances.

The second tiny home shown is the sequel, Now THIS is Livin' Too (as seen on This model is on a 30' trailer, and total length is 40' with the 5' extensions upstairs. 21K pound triple axle trailer. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Master has king bed with "his" and "hers" separate entrances and closet areas. 2nd bedroom has a full bed. 3rd bedroom has over 6'3" height so you can stand up in it. It is shown with either 2 extra long twin bunk beds, or one bunk and desk option. Could be used as a craft  room, office, nursery, etc. There is also a walk in ("stoop-in")  closet! The kitchen has a custom built dining table, full size appliances, gas stove converted to propane tankless propane water heater. There is an electric fireplace but could have a wood burning option. The upstairs could have the option of AC/Heating with vents to all the bedrooms. This tiny is NOT tiny in storage! This has a coat closet, a large pantry, plus loads of other cabinet space. This is big enough to fit a family of 4-5 comfortably. All bedrooms have doors for privacy. Hardwoods in kitchen and bath and carpet everywhere else. This particular model is 9'6" wide, and would need a day permit to move, but we can also build it to the standard 8'6" wide option.
